For over 35 years, the Alexander Muss Institute for Israel Education (AMIIE) has run innovative and inspirational youth programs. Israel is not just our specialty, it's also our home. And over the course of a semester or summer we will work to impart our love of the country, and its history, to you. It is this dedication combined with state of the art facilities and curriculum that make us one of the best youth programs Israel has to offer.

Our emphasis on learning is one of the things that distinguishes us from many of the other youth programs. Israel trips often jump from site to site - forcing you to live out of a suitcase. You never have a chance to explore different perspectives or understand historical context. At AMIIE you'll have a chance to do all of that and more as you live in our college style dorms on our campus just outside of Tel Aviv. Your teachers (who also serve as your tour guides) will go into depth about sites that other groups just gloss over.

Just ask yourself: Would you rather hear a 20 minute spiel when you arrive at a site, or would you rather get to the site already possessing an understanding of why the site is significant and how it helped shaped the history of Israel? That's the type of experience you'll get on our youth programs. Israel will literally serve as your text book as its history comes alive!
