For 36 years, the Alexander Muss Institute for Israel Education has been providing teenagers with the experience of a lifetime. Through this hands-on academic program, we have connected over 19,000 young people to their history and their people. Although the true impact of AMIIE on the American Jewish community is difficult to measure, when our alumni return, they remain engaged in learning and often become leaders of their respective Jewish communities as adults.

We hope to continue to provide this exceptional experience to as many teens as we can. The difference between the costs of educating a student and what we can charge that student, however, is approximately $1,200. To help bridge this gap, Florence and Robert Werner established the Werner Leadership Society, whose members contribute $1,200 on an annual basis.
