AMHSI is non-affiliated with any religious movement. We have a kosher cafeteria following strict accordance with Halacha (Jewish law) and all food served on the program is certified Kosher. Shabbat observance is optional and there is no travel on Shabbat. There are also optional religious services on campus as well as on tiyulim (field trips). AMIIE does not mandate any religious services for students. The program's pluralist atmosphere respects the religious and spiritual needs of all students and does not promote any Jewish denominational point of view.

We can, however, model our programs to fit any specific religious request from Day Schools or other special programs, ranging from Orthodox to our Secular programs. See our Programs section for more specific information.
