Elaine Hirsch is originally from Cincinnati, Ohio and earned a Masters Degree in Jewish Communal Service from Brandeis University.

Elaine has been involved with the Jewish community in the Phoenix area since moving there in 1979. In addition to being the local Director of Admissions for AMHSI, Elaine is also the Jewish Community Library and Resource Center Director for the Bureau of Jewish Education of Greater Phoenix as well as the local director for the Florence Melton Adult Mini-School. She is married to David and has two sons.
