 Director of Admissions / Program Coordinator
Chelle Rutstein-Woolley was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota and calls this and Israel home. She first visited Israel when she was 17-years old with a group from Herzl Camp. She returned to Israel in 1983 to attend the Bar Mitzvah of her cousin Jesse Dylan. Her latest trip to Israel was this past summer of 2008 where she visited her son Matt who was a student at AMHSI and her son Joe who was studying at Or Sameach Yeshiva in Jerusalem. She has three other children who will be frequent flyers on EL AL in the very near future. Chelle has extensive experience working with teens, having served in a variety of youth and camping positions including the first youth director of Temple Israel.
Chelle graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelors degree in Child Psychology, a Masters of Public Health in Health Education and a Masters of Science in Epidemiology.
Chelle recently joined AMHSI as the Director of Admissions for Minneapolis, Minnesota and surrounding areas and is excited to work with teens and their families in offering a program that will truly give them the experience of a lifetime.
